Experience - Engineering degree (Bachelor of Science - Rutgers University). More than 20 years of engineering experience, including residential home inspections, safety and environmental health inspections, equipment lease inspections, construction draw inspections, warranty inspections, and business inspections. I have personally inspected over 2200 homes.
High Tech Equipment - Advanced, highly technical detectors, sensors, and an array of other tools, will help confirm findings throughout your home. For instance, a SureTest Circuit Analyzer will help identify and locate any loose electrical wire connections, bad splices/receptacles, and high resistance grounds, which could potentially be a safety hazard.
Same Day Report - You will receive your highly detailed, comprehensive
report, following your inspection. Typically, a minimum of 100 full color
digital photos, will be included in your report. Your report will be easy to read, and clearly categorized for easy understanding.
