Experience - Engineering degree (Bachelor of Science - Rutgers University). More than 25 years of experience, including residential home inspections, safety and environmental health inspections, equipment lease inspections, construction draw inspections, warranty inspections, and business inspections. Bob has personally inspected over 2500 homes and during the past 10 years.
High Tech Equipment - Advanced, highly technical detectors, sensors, and an array of other tools, will help confirm findings throughout your home. For instance, a SureTest Circuit Analyzer will help identify and locate any loose electrical wire connections, bad splices/receptacles, and high resistance grounds, which could potentially be a safety hazard.
Same Day Report - You will receive your highly detailed, comprehensive
report, following your inspection. Typically, a minimum of 100 full color
digital photos, will be included in your report. Your report will be easy to read, and clearly categorized for easy understanding.
